In Store Merchandise
- Clothing items that are returned with all tags and purchase receipt maybe exchanged for size or
color, or for other in store merchandise within ten days of purchase.
- Books, Videos or DVDs are not returnable.
- Firearms or ammunition, tackle or other hard goods are not returnable.
Special Order Items
In addition to above policies:
- Orvis clothing merchandise that is special ordered maybe be returned within ten days of arrival for size exchange only. The customer will be responsible for return shipping.
- Orvis clothing merchandise that is returned for defective reasons within ten days of purchase, we will exchange at our shipping cost for a replacement item.
- Orvis merchandise returned for any other reason, the customer will receive store credit less original and return shipping cost. This store credit will be kept for one year from date of return.
- Merchandise other than Orvis, special orders are not returnable for any reason.
This store has a no refund policy, all sales final with the exception of above policies.
